We ran out of diapers this morning. I searched the house and scraped together every last penny I could find to buy a small pack and headed to
Hell Wal-mart. We normally buy the double packs, but I could only find 6 bucks, and I remembered that the small packs were just under $5. Apparently, they raised their prices. When I got to check out I was 47 cents short. This is the greatest thing ever: when it came up short, the cashier asked the next customer to wait, voided the sale and went to another register. She used her own money (she had to use a card) to pay the difference. I'm amazed at the kindness of this woman. She didn't know me, and couldn't have recognized me as I rarely go to that particular store. I know it doesn't sound like much, but the few people that I know that work at a Wal-mart pinch pennies like I do, they don't have extra. So, for this complete stranger to help me out like that was just amazing. I hope that something really wonderful happens for this lady, like she wins the lottery or something.

I hope you're having a great weekend and that you are much warmer than we are. We still have almost a foot of snow from earlier in the week and it's snowing again with an estimate of 6" over the next two days. I'm not a fan.
